No need to worry. Changes in temperature can cause our balm to soften or harden. Either pop the balm into the fridge to harden or leave in a warm area for a few minutes to soften.
Large temperature fluctuations can also create small, harmless granules to form within the balm. These will simply melt away when rubbed into skin and shouldn't effect the integrity of your balm
