STANDARD UK DELIVERY

We aim to ship items within 24-36 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends & any UK public or bank holidays) unless we notify you otherwise.

Delivery estimate is 2-4 Days from the date of posting and is charged at £2.94 for up to 1kg via Evri.

Please let us know if you would prefer Next Day delivery for an additional charge.

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom, but hope to expand this soon.

Orders to the Highlands and remote islands of the United Kingdom may incur additional delivery costs and / or different delivery estimates.

We cannot be held liable for any delays due to seasonal demand and / or public holidays.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unopened, unless faulty.

In the event of a damaged or lost item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

Return or exchange postage fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated. The responsibility of secure postage for returns or exchanges is yours. We advise using a tracked delivery.

LATE OR LOST ITEMS

If your items haven't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to provide accurate delivery details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at time of purchase.
